I am using solely my left hand in typing this entry. I am a righty buy my right hand is too tired to make me use it for typing.
I think I already know the difference between what is hard in a science school and what is hard in a design school. In science, I can spend most if not all of my weekend studying and putting lots of things in my brain. Sure, I get sleepy, bored, and confused at times but since it's all happening in the brain, I don't get physically exhausted. In design, you are given various plates to do over the weekend. It may seem easy at first but the physical labor will force you to pause for a (long) while so you can recuperate. There is no skim or scan. There is just slow or fast worker.
I feel like the nerves in my thumb are pretty sore right now. It hurts a lot especially after every plate/class.
Anyway, I had jazz today. A few of the dancers were given modern ballet techniques for the intro while some were just asked to enter on the main dance. I am still unsure if I want to continue jazz. I feel like I'm an outsider since most in my class are great ballet dancers already.
I digress.
I am currently having a Jekyll and Hyde moment. No, not a fight between the bad and good, but between sleepiness and wakefulness. I have been having short (maybe 3 seconds) dreams once in a while for the past minutes. I have been dozing off once in a while while typing this. I guess this is high time to sleep and rest. Not just for my thumb, but my totality.
