I made some fudge the other day thanks to a website that I was aimlessly browsing. My mom and I brought materials at the grocery and made the fudge right after dinner! I just mixed the ingredients over a double broiler since the chocolate had to be melted. It was fun! We left the fudge to cool in the ref for a day and cut it for everyone.
My dad found it too salty (lol) ad my brother was feeling nit picky. Only my mom liked it. Or so I think? The Butella flavor overpowers it all and I guess we should serve the fudge with bread to make it like a ganache.
